- Stop Odours
- Tri-[Odour]-Trap
has a unique patented design. The Waterless & Ultra Low Flush
Tri-[Odour]-Traps
have the ultimate patented Styrofloat odour locking
system that rises to allow fluid to pass through & then drops back into
place creating the odour lock. All four
Tri-[Odour]-Traps
have a unique long lasting foam action that suppresses odour from the
bottle trap. Read more ...
- Reduce Blockages
- The Biological Tri-[Odour]-Trap
contains freeze dried bacteria that eat away at uric salt build up in the pipe work and stops fresh urine
solidifying..
The Tri-[Odour]-Trap design also reduces the risk of foreign objects like chewing gum and pDCB
channel blocks from falling into the pipe work.
The Non Biological Tri-[Odour]-Trap
contains water softening agents that tackle limescale. Removing limescale
reduces the medium for organic waste & therefore reduces blockage issues.

- Save Water
- The longer the bacteria are allowed to feed and breed the more
effective they are.
The Biological Tri-[Odour]-Trap only requires hygiene flushes, either at less frequent intervals or at
regular intervals with less quantity of water being flushed. This allows
time for the bacteria to do the work.

How
Tri-[Odour]-Trap
can help you
Site Supervisors
- Are you regularly unblocking the gents urinals?
- Do you spend a fortune on acid washes to clear lime scale and uric salt
build up.
- Do you have to rod the pipe
work or even replace it?
- Would you benefit from having more time for other duties?
- Wouldn't you like to finally put an end to performing possibly the most
repulsive job in your workload?
- If you answered yes to any of the above then
Tri-[Odour]-Trap
can help.
Tri-[Odour]-Trap
contains hungry bacteria
ready to feed on urine and uric salts, starting in the trap and
progressively working their way down the pipe work stopping blockages from
building up.
Installation is easy,
just change the outlet and insert the
Tri-[Odour]-Trap
replacing every 2 months.
Cleaning Supervisors
- Are you sick and tired of being blamed for
not doing your job?
- Have you
tried bleach, disinfectant, sanitisers and descalers to clean those urinals?
- Have you tried every known
brand of airfreshener to get rid of that smell?
- Are your staff demotivated with the constant
complaints?
Then insist on
Tri-[Odour]-Trap.
With its patented design
Tri-[Odour]-Trap
will stop odours from the urinal outlet
instantly on fitting.
Simply clean the urinal with a recommended cleaner and replace
the Tri-[Odour]-Trap
every 2 months.
Energy
Consultants
The need to save water is essential for the
well being of your establishment, community and environment. Never before
have we had so many government agencies and groups insisting on us saving
energy. We take water for granted, it's always been there as part of our
every day life so why should we change our habits?
Besides the environmental issues which go
without saying from an organisational point of view
- saving water - saves money!
- Urinals without water controllers
potentially use 525,600 litres of water per annum.
(based on 10 litres flushing every 10 minutes).
- Urinals with water controllers
potentially use 87,600 litres of water. ( based on 10 litres
flushing once per hour).
- Urinals with
Tri-[Odour]-Trap
can save between 90 - 100% of water usage, saving you huge
amounts of money.
Bad Odours in the washroom can reflect
negatively on a company's image, and yet often we hear how the cleaners have
done everything they possibly can to prevent it. Somehow the obnoxious,
nauseating odour filters back getting progressively worse throughout the day
making the toilets almost unbearable to use and undoubtedly an awful
experience for any user whether employee or visitor.
These odours are not from last night's curry but a bi-product from men's
urine... the culprit... uric salt. This salt
deposit builds up in the bottle trap and pipework emitting the foul gas that
permeates throughout the washroom.
The Tri-[Odour]-Trap stops this from happening! It has a patented Styrofloat that rises & falls
in operation creating an odour lock . There is also a urine odour suppressing
agent contained within the biological cleaning block.
Maintenance & Blockage Issues can range
from simply trying to mask the bad odours with expensive
airfresh systems, to dealing with slow draining
urinals which potentially cause overfilling and flooding of the washroom, to
employing external contractors to replace complete pipework and traps. These
problems are caused by the build up of uric salt deposits in the pipework,
obviously the more extensive the deposit the less room for flush water
and urine to drain off.
A
back filled urinal neither looks good nor smells pleasant and the potential
for sewerage water to overspill onto the washroom floors, creating all sorts
of Health & Safety problems, is further increased if frequent maintenance is
not performed.
The Tri-[Odour]-Trap reduces
the requirement for extensive maintenance schedules and therefore reduces
the manual labour and time involved in these cleaning processes. The Tri-[Odour]-Trap cleverly
uses strains of good bacteria to eat away at the uric salt deposits &
limescale de-scaling agents thus reducing the possibility of limescale, uric
salt and bio-film build up.
Green Credentials
The Biological Tri-[Odour]-Trap provides an environmentally friendly solution to keep urinals fresh, clean
and free flowing. Previous treatments have been chemical based giving rise
to environmental concerns; the Tri-[Odour]-Trap
however is not only made from recyclable plastic but contains a freeze dried
biological block. Within the block are billions of “GOOD BACTERIA” that
essentially ‘wake up’ on contact with liquid and get to work eating away at
any organic matter. These “GOOD BACTERIA” help protect the environment and
as such are categorised as harmless.
The Tri-[Odour]-Trap
most notable ‘GREEN BENEFIT’ is its potential
to save hundreds of thousands of litres of water
… per water tank! Flushing urinals are one of the worst offenders when it
comes to excess water consumption and of course this is not only at the
expense of our planet but also at the expense of the company. At a national
average of 17 pence (and rising) per 100 litres every flush counts.
Imagine a urinal that only requires 2 litres of water per day ...
because with the Tri-[Odour]-Trap that's all that's needed, a mere 730 litres per year!
The potential to save water is enormous and this is
simply great for the
environment and great for your budget!
